Mark your calendars for the 14th Annual Palliative Care Symposium on Friday September 27, 2024. This is open to both in person and virtual attendees of all disciplines. We have approval for 7.0 CEs (4.0 are in Ethics and 2.0 are in pain and symptom management) by the Interprofessional Continuing Education program with credits approved for physician, nurses, physician assistants, psychologists, dieticians, pharmacists, social workers. In support of improving patient care, Trinity Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (APCE), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (APCE), and the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team and learners will receive 7.0 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change. Of these, 4.0 credits in ethics and 2.0 credits in pain and symptom management.
